The EARNED Act is a volunteer citizen campaign. Here is what happens to the information you give us.

What we collect

When you sign the petition: your name, email address, ZIP code, and whether you are a veteran, service member, military family, employer or supporter.

How we use it

• To count signatures and show officials how many people support the EARNED Act, by total and by area. We do not publish individual names without asking you first.
• To send campaign updates, if you checked that box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or trade your information. We don't share it with political campaigns, advertisers or anyone outside this campaign, except the email service that stores the list for us.

Removing your information

Email info@earnedact.org and we'll delete your signature and contact details.

If the campaign is handed to a veterans organization in the future, we will email signers first and give you the chance to be removed.
